Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to the 1st World Conference on Controversies in Healthy Aging – From Lifespan to Healthspan taking place in February 2025 in Miami, Florida.

The conference will address most current developments and breakthroughs in healthy aging, with special attention to controversies. Areas of attention will include the aging of the brain,  male and female reproductive organs, the role of obesity in healthy aging and in relationship to longevity, metabolism, and cancer. Drug therapies for long-term wellbeing including senolytics will be discussed as well.

Special consideration will be given to the effects of obesity in connection with age-related diseases across sections and how combating obesity is becoming a driver for healthy aging.

While the Conference Program will also address scientific and economic effects of aging, its main objective is to provide practical take-home messages for clinicians.

We have worked tirelessly to develop and offer an exceptional scientific program, with key opinion leaders from all over the world, who will present current research and lead the discussions through invited lectures, expert panels with audience participation, and industry-sponsored symposia and presentations.

We look forward to welcoming you in Miami.
